Virtual Listening Circle

Hi, my name is Suzanne. I am an adoptive parent and foster carer who stumbled into therapeutic parenting when it became clear that my eldest child needed a very different kind of parenting. Traditional parenting methods didn't work for us and after a very rocky start, we found a way through, therapeutic techniques became the key to parenting him. He is and always will be my most challenging child, because we were learning alongside him (and still continue to learn) how to develop our tool kit, parenting him has given us the experience and skills in order to support and parent other traumatised children

Peer to peer support has been vital and is something I feel very passionate about. No one understands exactly what we go through in order to support our children like other parents on this journey.

Please join me for a virtual listening circle, grab a drink (and cake if required) and you'll find a non-judgemental friendly ear and an accepting environment to chat about the challenges we all face
